TERMS OF SERVICE
Rushdah Maids & Care Services
Rushdah Maids & Care Services (“we”, “us”, or “our”), a brand of Rushdah Innovative Resources, provides professional maid and caregiving services by connecting independent contract workers (“contract-workers”) with clients.
By engaging our services, both clients and contract-workers agree to the following terms:
1. Nature of Service
Rushdah Maids & Care Services operates as a service facilitator, connecting clients with independent contract-workers.
Contract-workers are not employees of Rushdah Maids & Care Services and are responsible for their conduct and service delivery.
2. Service Deployment
- Contract-workers are deployed based on client requests and agreed service scope.
- Contract-workerks must provide and submit their medical test reports from recognized laboratories before deployment
- Contract-workers must prodive a guarantor via the gurantor form submission before deployment
- Living-in workers must declare personal belongings upon resumption at designated facility/home and maintain professional conduct at all times.
3. Obligations of Contract-Workers
Contract-workers shall:

Perform assigned duties diligently

Provide caregiving and domestic services as agreed

Maintain honesty, professionalism, and respect

Refrain from theft, misconduct, or unauthorized visitors

Report unsafe or abusive conditions immediately
4. Obligations of Clients
Clients shall:

Treat contract-workers with dignity and respect

Provide agreed welfare (meals and accommodation where applicable)

Allow religious freedom during reasonable personal time

Make full payment on or before the 28th of each month
Failure to meet these obligations may result in withdrawal of the contract-worker without notice.
5. Payment Terms

All payments shall be made directly to Rushdah Maids & Care Services

Contract-worker salaries are paid monthly per contract
- A service charge of 5% of contract-worker’s salary applies monthly to contract-worker, deductible from source
-
Salary payment is subject to signed service evaluation/log confirmation by the client, which contact-woker must submit via the portal to receive salary.

A one-time administrative fee of ₦10,000 applies to client

7. Working Hours & Overtime Policy
All daily workers engaged through the Company shall observe standard working hours from 7:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Monday through Saturday, unless otherwise expressly approved in writing by the Company.
7.1 Worker Obligations:
The Worker agrees to:
- Be punctual, present, and fully available during the stipulated working hours.
- Perform assigned duties diligently and professionally throughout the work period.
- Refrain from leaving the place of assignment or reducing work hours without prior authorization.
Failure to comply with the approved working hours without valid justification may result in disciplinary action, suspension, or termination of engagement, at the sole discretion of the Company.
7.2 Client Obligations:
The Client agrees to:
- Adhere strictly to the approved working hours and not require the Worker to perform duties outside this timeframe without prior approval from the Company.
- Provide a safe, respectful, and conducive working environment, including reasonable rest periods within the working day.
- Treat the Worker in accordance with all applicable standards of fairness and dignity.
7.3 Overtime & Additional Hours:
- Any work required beyond the standard hours shall be considered overtime and must receive prior approval from the Company.
- Overtime shall be subject to the Worker’s availability and shall attract additional charges as determined solely by the Company.
- The Company reserves the right to decline overtime requests at its discretion.
7.4 Enforcement & Remedies:
The Company reserves the right to withdraw, replace, or reassign any Worker, and/or suspend services where there is a breach of this policy by either the Worker or the Client. Repeated or serious violations may result in termination of service and/or additional penalties as determined by the Company.
8. Non-Solicitation Clause (VERY IMPORTANT)
Clients shall not directly employ, engage, or bypass Rushdah Miads & Care Services to hire any contract-worker introduced by us.
Violation will attract a penalty fee equivalent to 6 months’ service value.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to withdraw any contract-worker in cases of:

Misconduct

Non-payment
-
Breach of terms
10. Liability & Disclaimer
Rushdah Maids & Care Services acts solely as a facilitator and shall not be held liable for:

Actions, negligence, or misconduct of contract-workers

Losses, damages, or injuries occurring during service
11. Indemnity
Clients agree to indemnify and hold harmless Rushdah Maids & Care Services from any claims arising from the actions of contract-workers.
12. Legal Compliance
In cases of criminal activity, Rushdah will cooperate with law enforcement authorities.
13. Privacy
All personal information is used strictly for service delivery and verification purposes.
14. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
